- In the event of a disagreement with a program choice or a substitution, the final decision will be determined by the RHIFF Festival Director. screened during the ReelHeART International Film Festival
- Sending & Packing
Your Film: Please send your film in a bubble
wrap package only. Any other delivery
package or stuffing will be discarded and disqualified
- 2 Copies Please! First off, we want to say, we know only a few festivals ask this. Our reasons are as follows:
- Last year we found 1 screener copy was not enough to go around. One copy did not allow us any flexibility with just one screener per film to share with our programmers, celebrity judges and the press who asked for screeners way in advance. This year to get the best possible exposure from our efforts for your films, we feel that sending 2 copies (not necessarily both in DVD because not all of our judges use DVD, some are still reviewing on VHS) at the initial submission stage will be the answer for everyone.
- If you can only afford to send one copy or if you would like to send 2 in a different format like VHS, please feel free to to do so.
- If you are able to send 2 copies, please send them both at the same time, in the same package.
