The ReelHeART Filmmakers Hub is
a place where we can both get information with out sending
a lot of emails back and forth. We ask that you read
everything carefully and please take a moment to fill
out our forms in the hub for our administrative team.
Whether you are traveling to RHIFF or
not, we would like you to fill out our Travel
Form. If you are not traveling, you only have
to answer 1 question on the form. If you are traveling
to RHIFF, please fill out the form completely.
As well, we ask that you please fill out our Lunch

Here's the Visiting Filmmakers Schedule for ReelHeART
International Film Festival (RHIFF) 2007
Last year we had more than one third
of our entrants join us at RHIFF, this year it would
be great to meet or beat that number!
One item to note: ReelHeART does not hold
an “official awards ceremony” per say. To
serve our international interests, we will again this
year hold our “RHIFF Virtual Awards Ceremony” on
the RHIFF website at 3PM, Monday June 25, 2007.
At the closing party, there will be our
photographers, videographers present as we do have a Director’s
Moment which comprises of Thank you’s,
acknowledgement of celebrity judges and invited guests,
volunteer and staff awards as well, (unofficially) announcing
and handing out awards to winning filmmakers that may
be present.
However, the “official announcement “of that win is at the 3PM
Virtual Award Ceremony” on Monday June 25, 2007 so every filmmaker from
around the world can tune in.

"Note To Filmmakers About Our
Brand"
As you know the team at RHIFF in Toronto
and NYC take great care in giving you the personalized
service and attention we believe you all deserve regardless
of whether you made the shortlist at RHIFF, or are in
the MAIN Program or VENUE Program.
- We spell the names of your key creative, cast, films
and countries correctly. We run spell checks on your
synopses, as well as any that we write or modify for
you. We like to think our efforts mean a lot to you,
in the fast paced world of impersonal film festivals.
We would like to ask for the same consideration for
our brand.
We are the:
- Our short name is
- Our acronym is
It’s easy to remember our name.
We are the festival that has the ART in our HeART!
Please use either our full and complete
name ReelHeART International Film Festival (RHIFF),
our Short name ReelHeART or our acronym RHIFF as
the brand standard in all of your press materials and
publications regarding our festival.
The marketing you do for your own individual
film always links to our marketing efforts, so maintaining
branding is always important- for both of us. Other wise, EMINEM would
just have been known by the name of the candy or worse
- the meat store…
Permutations such as: "ReelheART
Film Fest", riff toronto, real heart, realherat,
realheart and so on, are not acceptable
and dilute our branding as we forge ahead to stamp
our name for our festival.
The management behind RHIFF asks that
you implement the brand standard above on all of your
materials, including web site mentions and revise any
current materials.
