- ReelHeART 2008 Orientation runs from 09:30-11:00AM on Monday June 16, 2008, hosted by the ReelHeART Director, Shannonn Kelly

- The Tour of Toronto starts at 2PM
Pick Up Location: Be in the Pick Up Location at 1:30PM - SHARP

Filmmakers will get a chance to talk with the projectionist and/or our tech guy to acquaint themselves with their screening space on Monday June 16 during a specified time frame-TBD
Everyday during ReelHeART a brief daily update is held prior to each Lunch N Learn. At some point during each day visiting filmmakers will also get a chance to talk with the projectionist and/or our tech guy to acquaint themselves with their screening space.

- ReelHeART has their own Drive Team that does airport, hotel, dinner, venue and late night runs
- ReelHeART will provide contact numbers for drivers to filmmakers, but dinners and late nights are done in groups with 2-3 vehicles operating in tandem to stay on schedule

- As with every season we hold our ‘Virtual Award Ceremony“, to let our far away filmmakers feel like their right there with us-
- With runaway hits however, we do present some awards during the Closing Party
- We suggest not booking an early flight on Sunday because the party goes til 3 or 4:00AM
