Screen Formats

Below filmmakers can find the screening formats that pertain to Program A, Program B or Venue Program. ReelHeART does not accept deliveries or responsibility for 16 mm or 35mm film for Program A. Visiting filmmakers must bring it with them in order to screen in film format.

  • ReelHeART will return Beta Tapes at our expense
  • ReelHeART will not return MiniDV, VHS, DVDs or any promo materials

Please mail your exhibition copies and any promotional materials, including posters, postcards, flyers, promo items to the ReelHeART Print Department at this address.

  • Do not send anything COD
  • All packages must arrive no later than May 16, 2008
  • All exhibition copies and promotional material should arrive in the same package
  • If mailing poster tubes, please note on the outside of the tube that it’s package 1 of 2
