Zofka - Je ne suis qu’à moiDirector Bart Wasem, Switzerland
A man is obsessed by the thought to own outright his wife but all he reaps is the loss of all he got of her. out of his grey box he tries to withdraw all from her and transforms into his own world. but what slightly started, ends in a desaster. In real life ZOFKA is a married couple. Therefore the song tells something very personal when Myriam sings about ‘belonging only to herself’. To show this private note we decided to use only handmade, genuine effects instead of digital generated images. Furthermore the song is based on french chanson, so the clip takes on the brilliant simplicity of french music videos from the 60ies.
