Screens at Southern Accent Restaurant, 595 Markham Street, one block West of Honest Ed’s - ReelHeART One Night Only Program
Screen at Annex Live Theater on Brunswick Street and O’Grady’s Tap and Grill on College - ReelHeART Main “A” and Main “B” Program
Screens on 2 theaters at Innis College, 2 Sussex Street, 1 block south of St. George subway
If you can spare 5-15 hours a week, we’d like to hear from you. All positions are volunteer and offer exceptional work experience. Previous film or arts festival or festival office experience will be an asset. We welcome film buffs, seniors citizens, high school students, interns and co-op students who can dedicate themselves to their tasks during their shifts.tUntil further notice Volunteer Meeting are Mondays, 6:00PM, Sharp Innis College Lobby, 2 Sussex Street, 1 Block South of St. George Subway.
We seek volunteers between the ages of 15-105 from right now until June 30, 2009 in various capacities listed below:

March - June 2009
- Street Team: Hand Out and/or Deliver Programs, Postcards and Posters
- Promotion Assistants to Plan Events (experience required)
- Advance Sales Ticket Sellers Innis Town Hall, & Other Venues
- Front Of House (Theater & Venue Screening)
- Ushers, Door Persons, Hosts (Theater & Venue Screening)
- Ticket Sellers/Ticket Proofers (Theater & Venue Screening)
- Ballot Takers
- Raffle Tickets Sellers
- Gophers (Home Office, PLUS–Theater & Venue)
- Bag Stuffers, Office Organizers, Clean Up Crew for Festival Office and Theaters
- Drivers (clean abstracts, 25+ years of age, Paid Contract Position)
- Airport Assistants, Driver Assistants
- Photographers (add to your portfolio)
- Videographers (add to your portfolio & reel)
- Technicians to run films at Venue and assist with Print Coordinators
- Print Coordinators to catalogue and organize films promotional materials and exhibition copies, liaise with filmmakers regarding their films and promotional materials
- Tech Coordinators to run tech tests at Innis College and Venue Program at Southern Accent Restaurant, liaise with filmmakers regarding their films
All positions will receive a ReelHeART T-Shirt, Movie passes (cumulative for shifts completed) and free pass for two to one of the ReelHeART parties that includes food and beverages.
Volunteers will be reimbursed for their TTC * travel and meals* (*when applicable)
All volunteers that work during our submission, sponsorship and pre-festival season (September- March) DOUBLE their passes to movies and parties-
Exceptional Volunteers will be eligible to receive a bursary upon completion of their term
A “Token of Appreciation BBQ” wraps the volunteer season every year. All food and beverages are supplied courtesy of ReelHeART. Giveaways and Draws are part of the fun–
